The timeline varies based on customization and workload, but most modular homes can be completed in 10–18 weeks from order to delivery, with an additional few weeks for on-site installation

Our homes are delivered move-in ready, including all appliances, fixtures, and hardware. All that’s left is to add your personal furniture and décor
Yes, you will need a building permit. We provide you with all the necessary engineered drawings and documentation to help you secure permits from your local municipality
Our homes come with a comprehensive warranty, typically covering 2 years for labour and materials, 5 years for the building envelope, and 10 years for structural defects, in accordance with Canadian standards
Yes, financing is available through most banks and credit unions. We can provide you with a list of lenders familiar with modular home financing
While we provide all the necessary plans and guidance, you will need a local contractor for site prep and foundation work. We can recommend reputable local contractors if needed
